Parent Involvement Opportunities

Vidor ISD always seeks the involvement from our Dr. Jay Killgo, Superintendentparents and community members. We also realize that many may not know where to start with getting involved. The District and Campus Site Based Committees are composed of parents, community members and teachers who help to guide the policies and procedures of the school district. If you might be interested in serving on this committee for the upcoming school year, please contact your studentís campus principal or the VISD Curriculum department at 951-8706.

Parents Make the Difference

The administration, staff and faculty of the Vidor Independent School District are committed to ensuring that all VISD students have access to a quality education. It is our goal to enable our students to achieve their potential so that they may fully participate now and in the future in the social, economic and educational opportunities of this area, our State, and our Nation.
