Skyward Family Access is a secure Internet-based website that will allow you to easily keep track of your student’s attendance and grades as well as register your child at the beginning of the school year. Faily Access is provided by VISD as a free service and will be available to parents with children enrolled in the district.

Parents will be notified of their student’s grades at the end of each grading period by report cards sent home as well as through the online Family Access parent portal:Family Access Digital Report Cards

Parents can also receive a daily grade update for each of their children as well. This will be especially helpful when monitoring grades on a more frequent basis:Family Access Parent Email Notification

Questions concerning your child's grades or attendance need to be directed to the teacher/school.
Grades that appear in Family Access are as current as the teacher's electronic gradebook. Please allow adequate time for teachers to grade papers and enter the grades into the system. Remember, teachers have the full-time job of teaching, planning, collaborating, meeting, and assessing student work.
